Tickets & Information

Anyone not part of the coaching staff will need a spectator ticket ($10 for age 13 and up; 12 & younger are free).


Tickets can be purchased in advance at the button below, or onsite the day of the event with either cash or credit card. This is not a for-profit event. Tickets help offset the cost of providing the tournament.

Parking

  • 4201 N. Himes Ave, Tampa, FL 33607 LOT 14
  • Teams can set up along the fence in Lot 14 .


Admittance

  • There are separate check-in booths for teams and spectators, so look for signage directing you to the correct one.
  • Anyone not on team rosters as part of the coaching staff will need a spectator ticket ($10 for age 13 and up; 12 and younger are free).
  • Tickets can be purchased in advance (link below), or on site the day of the event with either cash or credit card.
  • All players must have a completed parental waiver prior to their arrival (link below).
  • All coaches and players will receive a wristband for field & lunch access when they check in.


Event & Game Schedule

  • To allow ample time for check-in, getting settled, and starting clinics on time: big men and punters & kickers should arrive by 6:30AM; and 7 on 7 players should arrive by 8:30AM - 9:15AM. See the schedule below.
  • Real time schedule and standings are available on the Exposure Events app. Be sure to download it in advance of the tournament (link below).
  • Clinic participants should bring their own balls.
  • Game rules are linked below.


All Coaches & Athletes (Big Men, Punters & Kickers, 7 on 7)

  • After check-in and settling in, everyone will gather for a pre-play assembly scheduled to begin at 9:30 sharp.


Game Day Food

  • We're happy to be able to provide coaches, players, clinic participants, and volunteers with a boxed lunch from PDQ. The wristband you receive at entry will be your lunch ticket.
  • Food trucks will also be onsite, including Kona Ice and an Uptown Creamery booth.
  • ​Players/teams should bring their own snacks if desired.
  • Please encourage your players to use the trash cans provided.
  • There is absolutely no food or beverage (besides water) permitted indoors.


Hydration

  • Teams are encouraged to bring their own ice chest(s) and/or beverage cooler(s) and ice.  
  • Water stations will be available on site.
  • Players will receive a refillable water bottle at check-in.


Seating and Shade

  • Teams should plan to bring a tent or two to provide shade for your players between games. There will be a designated area for teams to set up.
  • There will also be a designated team seating area inside the facility. However, space is limited.
  • Spectators are welcome, and encouraged, to bring chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. Please note that there is absolutely no food or beverage (besides water) permitted indoors.
  • Remember sunscreen and/or a hat if desired.

EVENT DAY SCHEDULE

The event schedule was devised to ensure that every team plays at least four games, including at least one game inside the facility, while accommodating 2 fields for the clinics in the morning weather.
